★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This has to be the best bicycle shop in the world. Not only is their level of expertise astounding but more so the level of service and friendliness. I stayed in Florence for a week and this was my go to spot for the entire team whenever I needed something to fix or just buy some of their high quality bike clothing.
They even invited me to join a charity cycling tour of their team.
I will miss this place and it’s people, but I’ll come back soon, that’s for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THE bike shop in Florence for rentals but also serious cyclists. Top notch weekend rates for city and road racing bikes. They have pro mechanics for high-end road/gravel bikes and some serious gear. Service is regularly way above and beyond expectations. Minor tune-ups are frequently done at no charge. Had a misunderstanding with respect to their return policy, but they still took the item back (a bike helmet that didn't fit) for a full refund. Bonus: they have brilliant cycling maps (also in gpx) for short to full road racing day trips at not charge on their website. A real gem!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have a large selection and large quantity of bikes for all types of riding. We were able to reserve our bikes the night before riding. Had a great day riding in the vineyards and they have several Strava routes to follow. I would suggest that maybe they figure out how to get their routes on Google as well since Google maps is better at giving directions!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Do NOT rent from them!!!!
The staff is unpleasant, not honest and especially aggressive with customers.
They wouldn't give me the child seat even though I had paid an extra 3€. They got angry before realizing that they were wrong.
They accused me of having lost the keys to the lock when they had forgotten to give them to me (although I returned to the store 2 minutes after leaving).
