★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Florence is full of leather goods shop, but this store is where you will find items that stand out. Everything here was finely designed and crafted in Italy. Service was superb. The staff give you plenty of space to try things on, make up your mind, but they are always there ready to answer any questions. The owner also speaks good English and was approachable and professional. We were lucky that we found this place by a chance walk in, however, we met another couple there who came from Canada and they loved what they bought from here last time so much that they decided to come back again! Remember to ask about getting tax refund when you leave Europe. Highly recommend this place if you would like to buy some high quality leather goods from Florence!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful place, a true authentic leather goods shop. The owners are especially nice, welcoming and very, very patient. They even offered that I connect to their shop's Internet which was really helpful. I spent nearly two hours browsing their varied and diverse collection and ended up buying two very nice bags. They also provide you with all the instructions to handle the leather products you purchase. Definitely going back again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We arrived just as the staff was supposed to close up for lunch. But they stayed open for us as we browsed around. Very welcoming! No pressure to buy. Wonderful selection of bags! My wife purchased a leather back pack. My daughter's boyfriend wanted to check out other shops, but eventually went back to Vin De' Ginori because he liked the quality. He also got a leather back pack. Great place and staff.

Their customer service is outstanding and the workshop can also be seen. Everything is made on site. Don't buy from street vendors. If you want quality leather buy from Via de 'Ginori 23r.
