I would highly recommend you avoid this store at all costs. I have had the most ridiculously bad experience dealing with De Nicola and I just hope this review can help someone not make the same mistake I did. When I checked online they had pretty good reviews so hopefully this helps correct that. My story is pretty long but here is the short version I bought a jacket from De Nicola in November of last year. It was a bomber style jacket, and the second time I wore it the sleeve tore as I put it on, just from the resistance of the elastic in the cuff. Instantly I started questioning the quality of the leather as ripping from putting a jacket on doesn't seem like the “High Quality” leather i was promised. When I contacted the store via email, they informed me that the Jacket was under warranty and if I just sent it in they would repair it. I sent it in the middle of December and then didn't hear back from them until February. Finally my jacket was ready, so I gave them the shipping address and waited. 3 Months later and still no jacket, after numerous attempts to contact them I finally got a response saying there was a mix up at the factory and the jacket was never sent. I was informed it would be sent shortly so I asked the person who I had been corresponding with (who never gave me a name even when I asked multiple times) if I could have the shipping information so I could track the package. Like most of my emails this was ignored. Another 2 months later I sent tried contacting De Nicola again to get an update. After being ignored for another week, I finally heard back with message apologizing saying that email was no longer used and that they had no idea what had happened. They promised to send another jacket right away. Once again I asked for the persons name, the shipping information and a new email address since they were no longer using that one. Not surprisingly I was ignored again. It has now been another 2 months and it seems they are not responding to my emails at all. I have tried the email on the website, the email they responded to before, nothing gets a response. At this point (after almost a year) I assume they have just decided to ignore me and not send me my jacket at all. At best, this is the worst customer service I have ever seen. I have no idea how a company who claims to be able to send orders anywhere can't seem to figure out how to ship 1 jacket and give the customer the shipping information. At worst this is just a scam, a tourist trap, I am starting to wonder if they ever tried to send me my jacket at all. It seems really suspicious that they just ignored my request for shipping information as this is a really common thing in this day and age. If I do ever receive my jacket I will update my review, but after almost a year and who knows how many un-responded to emails, I'm not holding out much hope. Just do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.
