A true reference point for cheese lovers. I found quality and choice among many "niche" and non-niche cheeses. Friendly staff, despite the busy lunch hour. Try it if you are in Florence ...

(la traduzione italiana è sotto) Sold us spoiled cheese and prosciutto that had turned green. When we tried to return, the rude young man who worked there repeatedly insisted it was fresh and yelled at me. Don't go at night. They leave a lazy, careless worker alone and he has no interest in selling fresh or quality products.
(the Italian translation is below) Sold us spoiled cheese and prosciutto that had turned green. When we tried to return, the rude young man who worked there repeatedly insisted it was fresh and yelled at me. Don't go at night. They leave a lazy, careless worker alone and he has no interest in selling fresh or quality products. They sold us sour cheese and ham which had turned green. When we tried to return, the rude young man who worked there repeatedly insisted that he was cool and shouted at me. Don't go at night. They leave a lazy and careless worker alone and have no interest in selling fresh or quality products.

Really big! Hundreds of Italian and non-Italian cheeses. Also great for having lunch during the holidays. We're back in Florida, but if I think about it, my mouth is watering! ;-P

We really the salumi platter with some cheese. I had some blue cheese added on the was just outstanding in flavour, the only part we really didn't like was the olives, but we think that's just more of an Italian thing, we prefer are olives perhaps not as fresh. The quality of the near was excellent and for 15 euro we feed two of us
