★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We did this class today as a family of four. Our youngest is 11 so we had to ask permission for him to participate. We were incredibly impressed. The class was informative and fun and the instructors were fantastic. We wanted something beyond the typical pizza making class and that is exactly what we got. It was a highlight of our time in Florence and I highly recommend. Extra bonus; you walk away with the chefs suggestions for dining in Florence.
