★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great time in our Florence cooking class! We learned how to make hand-made ravioli, tagliatelle with bolognese sauce, and tiramisu. We got to eat everything we made, and with plenty of wine! Before the cooking class, they took us on a tour of the central market and taught us how to buy ingredients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The chef, Tomasso, was awesome and incredibly patient with everyone. He was a wealth of information as he took us to the market prior to the cooking event. Everything was delicious and our chef was fantastic. Definitely want to come back again!

With a group of people, then eating what you made was wonderful.
Teachers Catarina & Marco were so delightful. I highly recommend this and a must do while your in Florence.

What a great experience! Chef Caterina was delightful, informative, and helpful. My wife and I are ready to make pizza when we get back home. Because of Covid, the weather and it was off season, the class size was small which we considered a positive - more personal attention and we got to spend time getting to know some great folks. What a gem. Highly recommended.
