Not even the COVID requirements to travel deterred us from enjoying Tuscany, Organic Tuscany and the wonderful company. Shilpa and Riccardo are the most gracious hosts, ensuring our time with them would be unforgettable. Everything was perfect – from the cooking classes to the meals together to touring around the area – simply amazing. You can tell by how quickly they book that they are in high demand. Don’t wait to secure your spot!

The week stay at this fantastic villa with spectacular views of the Tuscan countryside was the perfect setting. The touring, wine tasting, lunch at a private vineyard Estate, and the meals we shared from our cooking classes were 5 star! Upon arriving home to the United States, I posted a Daily blog of the trip on my private Facebook account and recommended this bucket list vacation to many. We felt we had the best group sharing this vacation with us. Hello to Our Texas, Ohio and Canadian new friends. I don't think you could find a better cooking school with this unique experience because there is room for only a small group at a time each week. Beautiful scenery with a view of the rolling hills of the Tuscan countryside, amazing hosts, carefully planned excursions, top-notch communication, a comfortable villa with well thought-out amenities, cuisine like I've truly never experienced, Chianti!, thoughtful touches, and best of all, the camaraderie of friends in a respite from the (at times), craziness of the world. A complete dream! Go!! Life is short, and you will not regret it! Bella Italia! Grazie to Riccardo and Shilpa for the gift of a week that will not soon be forgotten! Until we meet again.... Ciao! I	Isabell Troxell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The week I spent with Organic Tuscany was an unforgettable one. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the beautiful rolling hills of Tuscany. The villa and grounds were absolutely beautiful. In addition to the beautiful exterior; the villa inside was just the same. Spacious and comfortable rooms, personal bathrooms, wonderful views. The hosts Shipa and a Riccardo were nothing short of spectacular hosts. They were gracious, kind, and wonderful chefs!! Being around them was just a wonderful experience. All of the chefs were wonderful!! We made an assortment of traditional Italian dishes and local dishes that were all fantastic. I have even made a few dishes since being back! The guides and the tours were so much fun! We were able to do 4 separate private guided tours to different locations- we love every single one! All of the meals, whether cooked by us or the chefs were wonderful, and catered mostly to the groups preferences! I can’t wait to come back here in the future and do it all over again. Thank you to the Organic Tuscany team for the trip dreams are made of!

Everything, from the recipes, the professional chef's and staff, the tours, wine tasting, olive oil tasting, pottery tour, and the villa not only met but in everyway exceeded my expectations. Shilpa and Riccardo were the perfect hosts. We ended our week with a wonderful, live concert of local musicians and a 'special guest'. What a wonderful surprise and ending to our adventurous week. We learned a great deal of cooking techniques and insights into local Italian food and recipes. The Villa was beautiful, spacious and the views spectacular. We were treated like special guests in a very special Italian Villa. Highly recommend to anyone who really wants to experience Italy and Tuscany first hand. I would go again. Thank you Shilpa & Riccardo for a magnificent experience. Arrivederci buoni Amici!

Shilpa, Riccardo, and all of their instructors, chefs, and guides were lovely to be around and obviously care deeply about Tuscan food, wine, and culture. Villa Il Pino was beautiful and comfortable, combining old-world charm with modern conveniences. And the views -- breathtakingly beautiful. From the moment we ascended the drive lined with olive trees until the time we hugged goodbye, I'm not sure how the week could have been improved. Shilpa and Riccardo took great care of everyone, offering advice for pre- and post-excursions, and even helping the guests book their COVID tests so they could fly home. We left with wonderful memories, delicious recipes, new cooking skills, and a greater appreciation for the Italian way of life.

Every part of this experience is so well thought out and curated... From the moment you make contact with Shilpa and Riccardo to the final supper after a week with your new friends. I of course loved all the cooking tips and tricks I picked up as well from the different chefs. And making new friends was a wonderful bonus. I recently went in Sept. for my second time and I wouldn't be surprised if a 3rd time is in my future. I hope you go and enjoy it as much as I did.
M	Mike Deussen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a fantastic experience! The cooking experience was superb, making entire meals from locally-grown, organic sources. We had great chefs, who spoke excellent English and were outstanding teachers. On top of the cooking, we visited may Tuscan hill towns, with assistance from the hosts. An example of the care and detail that they put into their work: on the day we visited Florence, they took us to the train station and waited with us until our 1/2-hour late train arrived, to ensure we got on. Add to that wine tasting, olive-oil tasting, a visit to a pottery studio, and the fantastic views from the villa, and it became a week to remember. Highly recommended.
