Lucrezia is a perfect teacher who walked us through all the steps to prepar a full menu according to the old traditions . After a delicious dinner at sunset with a gorgeous view we enjoyed the best Arias of Italian Opera by an harpist and soprano singer. I would highly recommend this experience to others visiting Italy and Tuscany .

After changing the date multiple times in the lead up, on the morning of the event, I received a message that Lucrezia had overbooked the event and therefore cancelled our evening. This really ruined what was supposed to be a highlight. Very unprofessional.

Lucrezia is so warm and welcoming, you feel right at home After preparing everything, we relaxed with a glass of wine before having our own dinner accompanied by live Opera! Highly recommend it!

They both gave us a family fill. We are recommending a lot. The garden very nice. You eat your dinner at the sunset. And after that you have the opera show at the patio

It gives the international traveler a way to connecting with fellow travelers from around the world in a comfortable, fun setting. Conversation flows easy as you prepare evening meal together under the guidance of an experienced chef, drink wine and eat together. Our group was interacting with one another as if they were old friends. This event made that possible in a unique way. The cooking class was top-notch, everyone on the team was polite and professional. After dinner we enjoyed wonderful opera selections accompanied by classical harpist. This event exceeded my expectations. It was very moving. I would highly recommend this anyone traveling in the area. Hats off to Lucrezia and her team.
C	Carol Roselli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lulu is well organized, energetic and experienced. My husband and I had never been to a cooking class together and this was just so much fun! It was rainy and cold so we couldn't go out to pick our own ingredients. Instead, Lulu picked the fresh things before we arrived. We liked that we were a small party of only four, intimate indeed. We shared the making of foccacia, tagliatelle with simple fresh zucchini and asparagus, chicken cacciatore and a traditional dessert called salsice ciocolato (chocolate sausage). Local Chianti classico was from the family vineyard. The limo ride to and from the lovely and ancient farmhouse was quite comfortable! Bella serata, grazie mille from Tony and Carol Roselli.
J	Jochen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience. Lucrezia is a marvellous host. We prepared an Apricot Crostata, self-made Tagliatelle and Foccaccia - foodwise it does't get more tuscanian I guess. The cooking was fun and I certainly recommend booking a course with her.
