β β β β β I live in Tuscany and every single time I have visitors in town, I take them to do a class here. My friends and family love the classes and the school even tries to plan the menus so I don't make the same recipes each time. The food is amazing, the chefs wonderful and the location truly special. Highly recommended.

β β β β β I did the weekly course and it exceeded my expectations by far. The chefs taught us plenty of their "secrets", the vegan options we did for all the tuscany recipes were amazing, and all in all in a great atmosphere and always followed by amazing lunches, where we ate our creations. Highly recommended for anyone who loves cooking or even just eating :)

β β β β β I did 2 weeks course on Northern Italian Cuisine at Villa Pandolfini (the actual name of the cooking school location) in 2015. I've chosen this school over other cooking schools in Italy mostly because of the price and didn't expect much of it. But it turned out to be one of my life's highlights. The school is very authentic and home-like, so all the students were cooking together like one big family without separate cutting boards and such. People around were very friendly and loved food just as much as I do. It was so interesting to discover how diverse Italian cuisine actually is. I had the best food pairing at the school which I've never experienced anywhere else. It was reach tomato seafood soup for main course and lemon sorbet with vinsanto and grappa for dessert. The combination of these two positions was exceptionΠ°l, I still tell my friends about it. I'm really glad I've booked a place in the school back in 2015, it was truly great experience for me.

β β β β β Our family of seven participated in the 4 hour cooking class this week. Alberto, our chef was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The food was delicious and the class was not only fun but educational. I would highly recommend taking classes from Good a Tastes of Tuscany! Would love to take more classes. Thank you, Alberto!

β β β β β Me and my daughter did this class and it was one of my best experiences. Location + kitchen were unique and authentic. My Italian improved also during this trip. The owner spoke also very well English which is very unique. We rented also a villa from them with a swimming pool overseeing Florence and the Tuscan landscape. Thanks for making this one of my best experiences.

β β β β β Great cooking school just outside Florence. We stayed here for 3 nights on the beautiful estate and did 3 x 4 hour cooking lessons. What a magical experience! The chefs were very informative, entertaining and we picked up many great tips. Would highly recommend Good Tastes of Tuscany to everyone.

β β β β β You will be forever glad you spent a day or more learning from the Chefs at Good Taste of Tuscany school. I was among the first group to take the month-long Master Certificate program in Italian cuisine and it was the most incredible experience! In addition, i returned with a group from the US and enrolled many of them in a one day class which they loved! The chefs are patient, knowledgeable and handle a diverse group very well! I have returned several times and look forward to taking another group!

β β β β β The days at Accademia Pandolfini (Good taste of tuscany) cooking school were my best tuscan days in Italy. I had a 1 month course, and learned everything about the italian cuisine! The classes are fun and the recipes englobe all the regions very well!
Their property is beautiful and the Lastra a Signa city is a 30 min train ride to arrive at Florence, where u can spend ur weekends!
