La critica semmai è per la poca attenzione al cliente, dal momento che, avendo fatto un ordine di una certa importanza, mi sarei aspettato ( come fatto invece da altri) un minimo di accortezza in più. Oltretutto, alla mia rimostranza via mail, non hanno avuto neanche l'educazione di rispondere. No doubts about the quality of the meat nor any criticism of the delivery service. The criticism, if anything, is due to the lack of attention to the customer, since, having made an order of a certain importance, I would have expected (as done by others) a minimum of forethought. Moreover, to my complaint via e-mail, they did not even have the education to respond.

Segnalo via mail e la risposta è stata che probabilmente la carne è stata a contatto con ghiaccio. Ma commestibile. Bastava un buono sconto sull’ordine successivo per rimborsare la carne che ho dovuto buttare per manette il cliente. Ottima carne pessimo servizio post vendita.
