There were about a dozen people in the class. Chef Michele made sure to get to know everyone and spend time with each person. We all prepared the food and cooked and had a discussion on proseco with some samples. Then we all got to sit down and eat our amazing creations. This was one of the best parts about our trip to Tuscany. Thank you for a great time!

I can’t wait to try to make he meatballs at home. This was one of the best parts of our trip to Italy. We enjoyed a great tour of the market followed by a fabulous class in the gorgeous kitchen at Mama Florence. We learned an entire menu and have recreated it at home! It was all delicious, but learning to make pasta was so much fun AND delicious. My son and husband were talented tortellini makers! Making pasta at home brought back memories and the taste of Italy we loved. Don’t miss this opportunity. We loved Michele

My favorite traveling activity is cooking classes, learning recipes and techniques of the locals. This was an excellent hands on cooking class where we were taught traditional recipes and techniques. I’m excited to go home and have an Italian night dinner party to share with my friends and family; with my daughter as my sidekick. And the wine! My goodness! Perfect pairings and my favorite part was enjoying a few glasses while preparing! I’m just going to say it’s how the Italian’s do it!

Chef Michele was brilliant at showing us how to cook traditional, delicious Italian meals without gluten. We made a pear and pecorino salad, gluten-free ravioli in a butter sage sauce, a traditional Tuscan meatball casserole and a flourless chocolate cake that was to die for - all made with fresh, local ingredients. The bonus was that I made some new friends from around the world. I'd highly recommend this class (or another one if gluten-free isn't your thing) the next time you're in Florence. You won't regret it !

We went as a group of 4 to the Tuscan Traditional class and it was a blast! Stefano was a great teacher and really took the time to answer our questions and help us learn. We made a 4 course Italian meal that did not disappoint. We all kept commenting on how easy it all was to prepare and cannot wait to recreate the recipes at home.
