We were planning our wedding from abroad and had looked for a wedding planner to help us plan our dream wedding in Tuscany. Instantly, we clicked with Olivia and knew she was the one. She was friendly, responsive, understood what we were looking for, and had great ideas. And we can confidently say now that we definitely made the right choice! Throughout the entire wedding planning, we thoroughly enjoyed working with Olivia and her team. Olivia is extremely responsive and always on top of things (and made sure we were too!). She quickly grasped the vibe and atmosphere we were going for and made that happen—but also wasn’t afraid to suggest great ideas of her own to make it even better. Her extensive experience planning weddings allowed her to ensure that everything went smoothly. On top of all of that, she is a great person, and we feel like we walked away with a new friend! It was seriously the best day we could have imagined. It was a fairytale wedding on the Tuscan countryside, with 160 of our closest friends and family from around the world. Everything was perfect, and we didn’t have to worry about a thing because of Olivia and her team. Logistics were smooth, the set-up was flawless, and our “plan B” due to the rain ended up being even better than our “plan A”! We couldn’t have asked for more, and we HIGHLY recommend Olivia as a wedding planner!!!!!

Although our dream wedding did not come true, working with Olivia was the most fun I had throughout the pandemic. We tried to do a destination wedding to enjoy the beautiful Tuscan sun with both of our families—European and American—but unfortunately, COVID-19 had other plans for us. Olivia, however, did everything in her power to make it happen until the very end. My heart breaks to write a testimonial of what it was like to work with Olivia this way, because from the moment I spoke to her, I knew we’d make a great team. I wish we got to see all our plans come to life and that I was writing it after our dream wedding came true! The hardest part of deciding we had to cancel, believe it or not, was telling Olivia. That’s how much fun I had planning our special day with her. And how much she meant to me after a year and a half of working together. I reached out to Olivia in September of 2019 and although quite early for our summer of 2021 wedding plans, she was so accommodating. From day one she listened to my vision, took it into consideration, and ran with it. She even worked with our schedules of seeing venues in the off season of winter (February). She made a wonderful itinerary for us, tailored to our hopes and took us on tours of each venue, acting as interpreter and friend, all the while keeping our best interests in mind. She even took us to a local lunch spot to discuss each venue and get to know each other better, in person. Olivia is kind, fun, detail oriented, has amazing style, and most of all, caters to your needs and concerns. Her goal is to make your day the best day of your life. You will not be disappointed working with her. Instead, you will be in awe at how she can take your visions and make them come to life. It’s like she can read your mind! I told Olivia in my last correspondence, and will tell anyone else I know planning a wedding—she is your girl! I am not exaggerating when I say that I was able to replan our small wedding here in New York ONLY because of everything I learned from her. (Side note: it was not nearly as fun as when I got to work alongside her, LOL!) Although our day did not come true, I am happy to say that I got to work with Olivia, and not in the way that colleagues work with one another, but that friends do. I hope to see her again some day, and thank her in person for all she did for us! ♥️♥️♥️

We arrived at our day on 17th July after one year spent with Olivia. One year ago we were at the seaside and fate brought us together, we met for the first time by the sea and we immediately understood she was the right person! From that moment on we have shared every detail and she has been able to understand our wishes. Thanks to her help and to her colleague Sveva we have customized our wedding: invitations, flowers, Church, tables and napkins! For a very special and emotional day full of colors and joy! Her greatest quality is certainly her sensitivity that allows her to make dreams come true, with a steady work that also includes a very important phase of design and graphic presentation. Last but not least her style, so elegant, precious and timeless! Thank you Olivia, we will never forget you!

We really wish we could repeat our wedding day all over again!! We had the most incredible day, and so much of that is because of the huge effort that Olivia and Sveva made to ensure everything really was exactly what we dreamed of (and better!). We heard about Olivia and her team from a friend who also got married in Italy and had so many positive things to say. Living in London, as soon as we spoke to Olivia we felt confident that she would really listen and understand what we wanted, and she provided such amazing local knowledge and expertise that we felt in very safe hands! She really worked to understand our budget and needs and recommended some fantastic local suppliers. Sometimes we struggled to decide, but Olivia and Sveva were so patient with us and helpful throughout (we exchanged so many emails, and they were always available for a phone call too!). On the day, we and our guests felt so relaxed, which was exactly what we wanted - the flow of the day felt seamless and in our eyes everything went so smoothly, which we know is because of all of the planning that went on behind the scenes. Olivia also has amazing creative vision and seeing all of her ideas and the little things that she helped us with come together on the day was truly magical. On top of this, Olivia and Sveva are genuinely lovely people who were a pleasure to speak to for over a year, and to have with us on such a special day - we had lots of comments too from our guests about how wonderful they are! We highly recommend working with Olivia for your dream wedding or any event!

Olivia was our fantastic wedding planner in Tuscany, Italy on September 16, 2021. Olivia and her team get an A++ for all of their efforts -- they were easy to communicate with, professional, kind, thoughtful, and efficient. They helped ensure we remained on task, under budget, and offered their expert opinions on when something was worth splurging or not. We could not have pulled off such a magical day without Olivia and her team. We needed to plan our wedding 100% remotely from California due to Covid, and Olivia handled everything beautifully, making every effort to keep us involved despite the distance and logistical challenges. She also was able to offer us her very helpful insightful opinions (for example, tasting the wine and food on our behalf, and touring venues in person). Olivia understands the big picture, but is also very eager to project manage the details. This combination is hard to find, and we can't say enough good things about Olivia!

Olivia is an outstanding wedding planner! We discovered Olivia on Instagram and from the first message, we knew we’d love working with her. We could not have been happier with our choice. Our dream wedding came true thanks to her hard work, attention to detail and incredible service. Olivia helped us plan a 4-day wedding for 100 people. We live in New York and it was so important for us to have a planner that would have time for us, her own style and connections in the region. Throughout the year, Olivia was very responsive and always available for calls, and we quickly trusted her with any decisions that had to be made. Olivia lives in Tuscany and is a true local expert! She has such a great overview of the region, and she found us the most beautiful wedding venue. She has a great portfolio of local high-quality vendors (catering, florists, music, lighting, etc.), and it was always exciting to see which unique ideas she would share with us. Olivia is also very creative and is on top of what styles and designs are on trend for the season. Her creative mindset took our wedding to the next level and it was more special than we could have ever imagined - everything from the table setting to the decorations to making our different nationalities shine was perfect. It was a fairytale, yet remained elegant and simple. Our family and friends felt the same as us - they cannot stop talking about it. On the day of the wedding, Olivia and her team arrived early and were on top of things. We did not worry about anything and the day went on without any problems. It was so seamless and fun! Our wedding was perfect!! I don’t think I could come up with words to describe how grateful I am for Olivia, her team, and the experience! Our dream of having a 3/4 day wedding weekend and intimate event really came together because of Olivia. Every single detail we planned turned out exactly how we imagined. The vision of my wedding day was brought to life in the most beautiful way and she did it with the biggest smile on her face. I can’t begin to thank her and sveva enough for the 2.5 years of our countless emails being answered and our stresses being managed. I am beyond happy with the experience and I wish I could do it all over again just so we could work together again!

From the first conversation I had with Olivia, I knew she was the planner for us! She made me feel so relaxed about the whole planning process and immediately understood the kind of event we had in mind. Throughout our 2 years of working together, she was so patient and kind listening to all our ideas and concerns and coming up with solutions to every problem! This was especially true when it came to helping us postpone our wedding during the pandemic.
