We recently worked with Simona at Super Tuscan Wedding Planners to plan our wedding in Italy and we could not recommend her/them enough. Simona was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process in planning our wedding and a weekend full of activities for our guests. Simona was responsive, professional, organized, knowledgable and always super positive. She had many wonderful vendors to recommend and always came to the table with many options to bring our vision to life. Planning a whole wedding from overseas (basically over email) after only having been to the venue once for 24 hours literally sounds insane, but Simona made it a manageable and an enjoyable process. She also helped us navigate a somewhat difficult situation with our venue (which we had signed with prior to working with Super Tuscan Wedding Planners) and really fought for our best interests at all times, which we really appreciated. It has been a little over a week since our wedding and we still have friends and family messaging us that it was the best wedding/weekend of their lives. For Elia, the best wedding planner in this world … From planning a wedding overseas, to postponing it due to Covid, Elia was fantastic and patiently helping us plan every step of the way. Without any hesitation, he was available at all hours of the day and weekend (without with 6hr difference), dealt with all of the vendors on my behalf, and made sure I was happy every time we spoke. He genuinely managed all of the headaches of wedding planning and did so with a smile every time. Rescheduling due to Covid was no small task, but Elia delivered on every single detail (including dealing with Customs!). He helped manage transportation details for all of my international guests, Covid testing, and thought of every small aspect that I did not think of, to ensure a perfect few days for everyone involved. The day of wedding, Elia was present from the top of the morning to end of wedding (3am) organizing all of the vendors, managing the guests, and checking in on my husband and I to make sure we were content. Having someone there take care of everything else, truly left us enjoying our guests, the venue, and our wedding day without any concerns. Everything turned out beautifully and perfect all thanks to Elia and his amazing attention to detail and calm approach to everything. This wedding is one to be talked about amongst all of my guests for the rest of their lives. My husband and I are so so happy with how everything turned out, all thanks to Elia. What a pleasure it was working with Elia planning our destination wedding in Taormina Sicily! Rewind back to when we first got engaged and decided to get married in Italy, we were nervous and overwhelmed looking for venues overseas and trying to figure out how to make everything work. We used sites like wedding wire and the knot to search for planners and I interviewed a few, but the minute I met Elia, I knew we were in good hands! He was energetic, knowledgable and what really stood out was he passionately wanted to make our dream a reality!! The planning process was easy and laid back, no stress at all even with postponing Bc of Covid. Every detail was taken care of and I would highly recommend him to anyone searching! He was with us every step of the way on our day, carrying my veil, posing me for pictures, fixing my hair, couldn’t have asked for anything more!!! Two years ago my fiancé and I knew we wanted to get married in Italy. Sight unseen, we booked venues, food, sorted through wedding weekend details, and even went through all paperwork necessary to have a civil ceremony in Italy. When all was said and done and the wedding weekend came, it was not only perfect, but it was everything we had dreamed of and so much more. We hired STWP because not only was their website clear, concise, and beautiful, but they were quick to respond to our inquiry and handled all our requests and concerns from beginning to end in the most professional and gracious manner. We worked directly with Simona and she held our hand and walked us through every step of the paperwork process and was quick to respond and communicate with us on deadlines, logistics, and details. We put a lot of trust in her considering this was being planned abroad and there are so many details and factors to a wedding that could easily get overlooked, but she not only delivered, but exceeded our every expectation. My husband and I are so thankful for STWP and Simona + her team for executing our wedding day so flawlessly. I felt so comfortable handing off my wants and ideas off to Simona and she was so instrumental in executing everything flawlessly. We couldn’t have been happier + are so happy we went with STWP!

Elia is the best! He planned our beautiful wedding in Tuscany and everything was perfect. We planned our entire wedding from America as we started planning during covid while the borders were shut down. Elia was great and made what you’d think would be the hardest decisions, like choosing a venue, so easy! Elia has great relationships with all of his vendors which really made everything work so smoothly. Everyone was on time and worked together so well, as if they were one big team!
