★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maria saved my vacation! My body was hurting from shoulders to toes and though I never received Shiatsu before I was eager to get some relief. My body is still happy three weeks later. After the massage she gave me some great insight into my aches and pains and even recommended which foods I should stay away from. Her studio is stunning and she has a very calming presence.

I felt like I had been given a new body - instantly! And the ease in my body lasted for over a month. Remarkable! I'm now a convert to Shiatsu, and a devotee of Maria - who is wonderful in every way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simply put: don’t miss out! I have had massages all over the world (and live in East and SE Asia, home of wonderful massages) and Maria is the best of the best. She is a true, brilliant, and dedicated professional. You will feel welcome from the moment you make the reservation (in Italian, English), whether you are a local Italian, local foreign resident, or tourist. The studio is private and beautiful, so relaxing. Maria takes so much time and care to really understand your mind/body/spirit issues and truly address them. As the Tori (the person giving the Shiatsu), she has so many thoughtful touches for her “Uke” (the recipient); this experience, Maria’s generosity of time and spirit, were the bright spot of my time in Florence. My only regret is not having time to have a third session while here as a short-term resident. In sum, to end as simply as I began, don’t hesitate- book! Maria sensei, tantissimi auguri e otsukaresama desu!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maria is magical. She cracked my neck and removed the knots. The full body massage was also on point with the different “spots” in my body. I’d have liked the pressure a little bit harder but that’s just my personal preference.

Moreover she gave me lots of helpful advice and really tried to help me with my symptoms. For the last 2 years she was one of the very few therapists who where really able to help me. I am so grateful and can only recommend, especially for anyone with Covid-trouble :)

After having back pain and tension for years Maria is reversing that ailment and improving the quality of life. She is simply magic! Or at least that’s how it appears to me, but actually she’s studied this craft for years and is now an expert. Apart from all this she is one of the kindest and most genuine people you will ever meet. A life enriching experience I would highly recommend.
