una volta descritto al problema al telefono , arrivato a casa, la sera stessa ,ha risolto il problema in poco nonostante il problema non si presentasse al momento della intervento.
sicuramente avessi problemi di nuovo con linea o pc saprei a chi rivolgermi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uso il pc da tantissimo tempo e ogni volta che ho avuto bisogno di assistenza mi sono ritrovata in situazioni poco piacevoli, soprattutto per tempi e prezzo.
Oggi il mio pc era praticamente morto, ho cercato (come sempre) un centro di assistenza su internet, quindi ho provato a chiamare i tecnici di "Assistenza computers" ed eccomi qua a scrivere il feedback dal mio pc:
Ero impossibilitata a muovermi da casa e sono stata "servita" a casa mia.
Il prezzo per il lavoro svolto è alquanto ridicolo considerando la qualità del servizio e l'efficenza. In poche ore il mio pc è guarito!! Non me l'aspettavo!!
Adesso ho un numero di telefono in memoria e un sito tra i preferiti.
La disponibilità, la cortesia, la professionalità dimostratemi in questa esperienza sono a dir poco ECCELLENTI!!
Io gli lascio 10 stelle e li consiglierò a tutti i miei amici! Grazie!!!
I have been using the PC for a very long time and every time I needed assistance I found myself in unpleasant situations, especially for time and price.
Today my pc was practically dead, I looked for (as always) an assistance center on the internet, so I tried calling the "Computer assistance" technicians and here I am writing the feedback from my pc:
I was unable to move from home and I was "served" at my house.
The price for the work done is rather ridiculous considering the quality of the service and the efficiency. In a few hours my pc is cured !! I didn't expect it !!
Now I have a phone number in memory and a favorite site.
The availability, courtesy, professionalism shown in this experience are nothing short of EXCELLENT !!
I leave him 10 stars and I will recommend them to all my friends! Thank you!!!
