★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ....ho portato il NB Asus perché era completamente morto, probabilmente a causa di uno shock elettrico. Dopo qualche giorno la sentenza: e irreparabile perché la scheda madre è danneggiata irrimediabilmente e mi sconsigliano di procedere alla sostituzione dato che sarebbe quasi impossibile trovare la stessa scheda del solito lotto di produzione (!?!?) e non conveniente. Non sono un esperto, ma questa non l'avevo mai sentita (lotto), ma davanti alla risolutezza del tecnico non lo contraddico anche se non mi ha convinto....
Quindi dovevo buttare il mio NB seminuovo da 800€, loro mi facevano il "piacere" di rottamarlo e mi propongono uno nuovo.
Pago 30€ per il preventivo di riparazione e torno a casa ma la cosa non mi convince...provo presso un altro riparatore, che conosco, e me lo ripara con meno di 100€...niente di irreparabile... il NB era solo andato in modalità "protezione".
Ora è qualche mese che lo sto usando e funziona egregiamente.
Ho rischiato di buttare il NB per la vostra incompetenza .... quindi
...ADDIO PER SEMPRE Tradeco !
ps: sono obbligato a mettere 1 stella, ma non valete neanche quella
.... I brought the Asus NB because it was completely dead, probably due to an electric shock. After a few days the sentence: it is irreparable because the motherboard is irreparably damaged and I do not recommend replacing it since it would be almost impossible to find the same card as the usual production batch (!?!?) And not convenient. I am not an expert, but I had never heard of this (I fight), but in the face of the resoluteness of the technician I do not contradict him even if he did not convince me ....
So I had to throw away my almost new € 800 NB, they gave me the "pleasure" of scrapping it and offer me a new one.
I pay € 30 for the repair estimate and go home but I am not convinced ... I try another repairman, I know, and he repairs it for less than € 100 ... nothing irreparable ... the NB it just went into "protection" mode.
I've been using it for a few months now and it works fine.
I risked throwing the NB for your incompetence .... then
... GOODBYE FOREVER Tradeco!
