Ho commissionato un lavoro che non è stato svolto (recupero dati da una microSD formattata) e dopo due settimane senza ricevere notizie, mi presento in negozio: il tecnico cerca la microSD sentenziando che non si può fare nulla e ciò che si poteva recuperare era stato fatto. Costo operazione: 10 €. Guardando la mia espressione chiede solamente 5 € e via. Mi son rivolto ad un altro negozio poco più avanti risolvendo in maniera eccellente il problema. La professionalità è un'altra cosa.
Bad experience. I commissioned a job that has not been done (data recovery from a formatted microSD) and after two weeks without receiving news, I show up in the shop: the technician looks for the microSD saying that nothing can be done and what could be recovered had been done. Operation cost: 10 €. Looking at my expression, he only asks for € 5 and off. I turned to another shop a little further on, solving the problem in an excellent way. Professionalism is another thing.
