Left it there a month, had to go back 3 times: the first, reparation wasn't good and had to turn the tablet back to the shop; the second I was asked to go just to hear that I had to come back again; the third, after over a month from the beginning of the story, to get back the tablet useless and broken as it was since the beginning ...but in the meantime I paid 60 euro they won't consider reimbursing not even in part!
In addition, service was overly familiar (with an overall displeasing attitude, and the tendency to raise his voice), which was quite weird, as I'd never seen the guy before, and he was also visibly younger than me.

Galaxy Note 8, was dropped in a puddle of water and would not turn on the next day. I brought it to other places and they would not do the repairs, the tech was able to fix it and other issues I had, cracked glass that protected the camera and the back of the case was cracked also. He did warn me that depending on the severity of the damage that there was a chance it might not work, or restore the data. The fact that there was a chance that I can get my calendar back was worth the risk. All in all it took about 2 days, but I got all of my documents back so it was worth the wait. Nothing was lost during the process.
