Il problema non è stato risolto dall'assistenza SATEL che ritiene questa rumorosità normale ( in linea con il prodotto). Il nuovo frigorifero ( uno SMEG delle stessa fascia di prezzo ) è molto silenzioso e conferma, se ce ne fosse bisogno, la difettosità del frigorifero Elettrolux. Mai più SATEL. I had to scrap the Elettrolux refrigerator (STILL UNDER WARRANTY!) Which was the subject of the negative review, because it was noisy. The problem has not been solved by SATEL assistance which considers this noise to be normal (in line with the product). The new refrigerator (a SMEG of the same price range) is very quiet and confirms, if needed, the defectiveness of the Elettrolux refrigerator. No more SATEL.

La data che mi è stata proposta per l'appuntamento (4 giorni dopo) non coincideva con la mia disponibilità, ma la signorina è prontamente riuscita a farmi avere un appuntamento il giorno stesso. Il tecnico si è presentato qualche ora dopo ed ha agito con professionalità e cortesia. Servizio eccellente, consigliato. Contacted this service on August 18, 2020 for assistance on electrolux washing machines. A very nice and helpful girl answered me. The date that was proposed to me for the appointment (4 days later) did not coincide with my availability, but the young lady quickly managed to get me an appointment the same day. The technician showed up a few hours later and acted with professionalism and courtesy. Excellent service, recommended.

Chiedo un ricambio di un pezzo della lavatrice e me lo fanno pagare esattamente il doppio di quello che chiedono per lo stesso pezzo negli altri negozi e in più si fanno pagare l'intervento 80,00 Euro... Mi sono fatta fare solo il preventivo... ho già trovato a meno della metà sia il ricambio che l'intervento. Nonostante fossero vicini a casa mia mi avvarrò di altra assistenza per sempre... Sconsigliatissimo I have to do a bad review. I ask for a replacement of a piece of the washing machine and they make me pay exactly double what they ask for the same piece in other shops and in addition they charge 80.00 Euro for the intervention ... I only asked for the quote ... I have already found both the replacement and the intervention at less than half. Although they were close to my house I will use other assistance forever ... Not recommended

Mi hanno fissato un intervento col tecnico riparatore a distanza di una settimana per cui, trattandosi del frigorifero, ho detto che forse era meglio sostituirlo ma la signorina che mi ha risposto mi ha suggerito di provare a spegnerlo completamente per 48 ore e poi di provare a farlo ripartire. La cosa ha funzionato! Ho pertanto disdetto l'appuntamento ma mi preme complimentarmi per la professionalità dimostrata. I called because the fridge area of my LG combi no longer worked. They fixed me an intervention with the repair technician after a week so, being the refrigerator, I said that maybe it was better to replace it but the young lady who replied to me suggested that I try to switch it off completely for 48 hours and then try to make it restart. It worked! I therefore canceled the appointment but I would like to congratulate you on the professionalism shown.

Il prezzo pattuito è stato comprensivo di trasporto e montaggio, ed hanno anche riparato un piccolo guasto alla cappa senza sovrapprezzo I was pleased with their approach, they recommended a very reasonably priced dishwasher and they were good at installing, because there was to fit the panel and move a handle. The agreed price was inclusive of transport and assembly, and they also repaired a small fault in the hood without extra charge
