Mi meraviglio che importanti marchi quali Miele e Vorkwerk non gli abbiano ancora tolto la licenza, ne rimettono di reputazione. Sconsiglio vivamente questo centro di assistenza sia per i costi che per i tempi. Very rude! Bad assistance. Unfriendly and very rude staff. I am amazed that important brands such as Miele and Vorkwerk have not yet taken away their license, they are not reputable. I strongly advise against this service center for both costs and time.

Dopo 30 di silenzio mi reco in negozio e mi rispondono che la prossima lavorazione è la mia. Si procede con la stessa scusa per altri 10gg. Quindi ritiro la macchina per portarla altrove. In 40gg nemmeno una telefonata, perché a loro dire sarebbe troppo complicato chiamare tutti. A momenti la colpa la scaricavano su di me! Incapaci, scortesi, ingiustificabili. Il servizio si paga, non è mica gratuito. Non mi vedranno mai più. Sconsigliato. Hope ... in name and in fact: leave it before entering. Mi sono recata al negozio con due oggetti da riparare; mi hanno subito fatto un rapido preventivo di spesa e mi hanno detto che uno dei due non era conveniente ripararlo, spiegandomi con precisione la ragione ed ho apprezzato molto l'onestà. Il secondo è stato riparato perfettamente e mi è stato reso anche "ripulito" dai segni del tempo Serious and competent company. Ho dovuto attendere in coda fuori dal negozio perché all'interno si entra uno alla volta ma ne vale la pena.
