Abbiamo avuto un problema con un frigo di sette anni che non raffreddava più . Sono intervenuti celermente consigliandoci prima di procedere allo scongelamento del frigo. Oggi sono intervenuti e hanno constatato che all'interno non era presente nessuna traccia di gas e che quindi il frigo doveva necessariamente avere una perdita di gas . Dopo una attenta valutazione del problema e del costo necessario alla riparazione abbiamo deciso, consigliati, di procedere alla sostituzione del prodotto.

We had a problem with a seven-year-old fridge that didn't cool anymore. They intervened quickly advising us before defrosting the fridge. Today they intervened and found that there was no gas inside and that therefore the fridge had to have a gas leak. After a careful evaluation of the problem and the cost of repair we have decided, recommended, to proceed with the replacement of the product.

Riparazione effettuata con indicazioni trovate su youtube speso 4 euro per un condensatore da cambiare su una scheda accessibilissima .Ma!!!!!
Conclusione il tecnico si è scusato e ha reso i soldi anche i 4 euro ,evviva!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi viene dato il numero di un tale Walter che ripara condizionatori, mi viene richiesto di fare un video dell'apparato non funzionante e una sorta di sopralluogo su WhatsApp, fornito tutto il materiale richiesto il tecnico sparisce lasciandomi a metà agosto con i turisti senza aria condizionata, chiamo un'altra azienda che, senza alcuna procedura preliminare, interviene il giorno stesso e mi risolve il problema con €80 in 2 ore di lavoro. Capisco l'intenso flusso di lavoro, Ma questa è pura cafonaggine.
I am given the number of a certain Walter who repairs air conditioners, I am asked to make a video of the non-functioning device and a sort of inspection on WhatsApp, provided all the required material the technician disappears leaving me in mid-August with the tourists without air conditioned, I call another company that, without any preliminary procedure, intervenes the same day and solves the problem with € 80 in 2 hours of work. I understand the intense workflow, but this is pure boorishness.
