Per pochi, piccoli lavori si sono susseguiti molti operatori in varie visite e spesso quelli venuti dopo non al corrente di quello che avevano fatto quelli venuti prima. Insomma per montare un rubinetto ci sono dovuti tornare sopra più volte, per cambiare un filtro, ne hanno portati 3 sbagliati prima di quello giusto. Il clou al termine dell'opera. Hanno presentato un conto che, anche volendo comprendere tutte le dispersioni di tempo superflue, considerava un numero di ore almeno doppio - a star bassi - di quelle effettivamente impiegate. Ho chiesto spiegazioni ma non hanno inteso ragioni. Ho pagato per quieto vivere. Ma ho memorizzato questa brutta esperienza.
