Lenti, macchinosi, superburocratici (come da sempre e spesso nelle CRF), e difficili da contattare. PerΓ² devo dire che con me sono stati gentili, nonostante le difficoltΓ  dovute alla pandemia ed a una loro certa inefficienza. certo Γ¨ che quando si va li si perde un sacco di tempo.
Slow, cumbersome, super bureaucratic (as always and often in CRFs), and difficult to contact. But I must say that they have been kind to me, despite the difficulties caused by the pandemic and their certain inefficiency. what is certain is that when you go there you lose a lot of time.

Great experience, Franchesco helped me from start to finish of opening my account, although i was a bit late to my appointment he still accommodated me and proceeded with it. He guided me right upto installing the mobile app and helping me navigate through because of the language barrier. Brilliant customer service would absolutely recommend.

Brilliant experience! I totally agree what Asna said about Francesco. He helped me to open my bank account and gave me a guide on how to download and use the app as well. He’s such a kind, welcoming and helping person! Grazie mille Francesco xx

The ATM machine at the front entrance stole my card. The bank just closed, but I caught the last employee coming out and asked what to do... short story, she said come back in the morning as there is only one guy with the key to the machines. So we came back first thing in the morning, waited patiently for ~30 minutes for our turn with him. He was finally available, but sent us to his colleague next to him (5 feet away from him at the next desk) without even asking what we needed. We told her our issue... She quickly dismissed us, said only the guy can open it, and rudely said "we only return cards to members of the bank!". The guy overheard and they had some heated back-and-forth (not sure about what or why this was such a problem!), in which he then said he would check. He opened the locked door behind the three machines without even asking us what machine ate the card, which was suspicious. He then came out of the room in a brisk 15 seconds and said it wasn't there... again dismissing us and walking away. Very shady. How could professional people not have any empathy for having their machine steal a card from a tourist on international travel, being their only means to get cash? I hope they find themselves in the same situation while on travel. Terrible people and a reflection of a terrible business.
