β β β β β Very bad service and a rude waiter. I was seated in a 4 chairs table though I clearly told the waiter itβs only my husband and I with the our baby (less than 1year) only to be asked to move to another 2 chairs table after 10 minutes of settling. I ordered pesto fusilli which was okay but the way the waiter was literally throwing the plates and glasses at the table was disturbing. I asked for cheese and guess what? He also threw 2 small bags of parmigano cheese on our table without even being close to the table. Though their place has a good view but I would not recommend them at all

β β β β β -All waiters was good and very helpful both about meals and wine. Expect the older Italian guy. When we asked a pasta on photo he told us they don't make it anymore and nothing else. Didn't recommend anything else instead of it etc.
-Grilled meat, pasta with pesto,baked potato, small red wine from Florence region costed about β¬98
-Meat was okay nothing special.
-Pasta was hard. So they cooked again but it was just normal.

β β β β β The food was okay, however the dish my husband had was actually terrible (pasta carbonara) and the waiter said its their best dish. It was salty and the noodles were chewy and difficult to even cut with a knife. At the end when the waiter asked about the unfinished plate my husband kindly explained and he had the nerve to say its βItalian styleβ when we had way different carbonara multiple times in Italy. He did offer a free coffee but we had a tour to get to. The cherry on top was that we noticed two charges on the bill for 3 euros each, when we asked the waiter he told us it was for the construction paper place mat under our plates! We were flabbergasted. Who charges for that especially a place who serves parmesan from an individual packetβ¦ you know βItalian styleβ. I never asked for the paper place mat and would of never intended to PAY for it. Never will return here.

β β β β β Service, the view, the food is all superb. We had the bistecca florentina and it was succulent and delicious. We actually went to the restaurant twice because it was that good.

β β β β β Excellent dishes (we had lasagna and caprese salads with a perfect view of the Piazza Della Republica. The restaurant is somewhat casual compared to others on this plaza, but unpretentious and provides prompt service even when busy.

β β β β β I heard this was one of the best restaurants in Florence and it didn't disappoint. The food and wine was spectacular but even better the service was astounding. I ordered the chicken parm with some pasta and since it was so fresh and tasty I made my friends let me try all of their meals.
The manager Albano made sure we left wanting to come back again. He greeted and made us feel like we were part of the family. Coming from America, great customer service is a dying art so to come to Italy and feel special meant a ton to my group.

β β β β β Overall a very pleasant experience with great views while sitting outside. Staff was nice and food was great. If youβre looking for a Fiorentina, I would definitely recommend. Only issue we had was that we had reservations at 11am, but they were still setting up until 1130. It wasnβt a big deal, and we still caught our train.
