★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo ! Qualche mese fa ho fatto un ecografia del addome. Durata 2 min 14 secondi. Mi pare poca serietà.
Le risposte ho ottenuto dopo 15 min . Fatte tramite coppia incolla .
Boh . Forse perché sono entrata tramite ssn con pagamento del ticket. Spero che chi va a pagamento e trattato in un modo più serio . Sconsiglio !

Medico in ritardo di oltre 45 minuti sugli appuntamenti.
Nessuno si è scusato per il disguido.
Vi ringrazio per la risposta, mi preme dire che fatta la visita, ho dovuto constatare che il medico è stato molto professionale, per questo mi sembra opportuno rettificare la mia recensione. Però devo dire che sinceramente gli spazi sono piccoli. Grazie

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personalmente ho preso un appuntamento telefonicamente e non mi era stato comunicato di portare alcuni documenti (alla fine sono risultati inutili andando a fare una visita medico sportiva in un’altra struttura, quindi non necessari)
Nonostante i documenti forniti ho atteso 50 minuti dopodiché me ne sono andato senza essere riuscito a fare la visita.molto di servizio e confrontando i prezzi con altri istituti molto più oneroso . Lo sconsiglio a chiunque

Despite the documents provided I waited 50 minutes after which I left without being able to make the visit. A lot of service and comparing the prices with other institutes much more expensive. I do not recommend it to anyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un dottore è una persona che cerca di capire cos’hai, cerca di capirne le cause e ti accompagna nel trovare una soluzione. Un dottore ha empatia, è capace di ascoltare e rispondere alle tue domande. Un dottore si impegna per fare in modo che quando tu lasci l’edificio, tu abbia la certezza di essere in buone mani. Il cardiologo di Istituto Analisi Fiorentino non è niente di tutto ciò. Avevo fatto una prenotazione per ECG, ecocolordoppler e visita cardiologica. Niente da ridire sulle analisi, ma la visita cardiologica di per sè è stata praticamente saltata. Mi sarebbe piaciuto fare delle domande al dottore, ma i risultati e la terapia mi sono stati dati letteralmente alla porta dell’ambulatorio e con pochissime spiegazioni. Pensavo fosse una visita, non una gara. Buttato via 110 euro. L’unica stella che devo per forza mettere la dedico all’infermiera che è un angelo.

The cardiologist of the Florentine Institute of Analysis is none of this. I had made a reservation for ECG, echocolordoppler and cardiology visit. Nothing to complain about the analyzes, but the cardiological examination itself was practically skipped. I would have liked to ask the doctor some questions, but the results and the therapy were given to me literally at the door of the doctor's office and with very few explanations. I thought it was a visit, not a competition. Thrown 110 euros away. The only star that I must necessarily put is dedicated to the nurse who is an angel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience! I wanted to just drop off a sample. They made me wait in line for one hour even though there were only two people ahead of me. In the end they told me that the results would be ready in 3 weeks even though it was urgent. The receptionist is extremely unfriendly. I went to a different place were they got it done in 7 days.
