★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We arrived very early in Florence and got out from the train station very cold, so we rushed here since it's just across. They have a good location and they are very busy, lots of freshly baked pastry, the menu is good, the old lady who attended us was professional enough but this young hippy looking girl with tattoos was a little harsh. She grabbed this chair in our table without saying excuse ir advise us, because she is arranging a table for bigger group. Shocking this way for people who worked in a service industry.
