★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Circa un mese fa, a metà Giugno, ho acquistato in questo negozio un paio di sandali della Melluso, con suola in sughero. Ieri alle 12:30 mi sono recata al negozio mostrandogli che già uno dei sandali si era scollato, laddove il cinturino tiene ferma la caviglia. Anzichè prendere in carico il problema, mi hanno spedito da un calzolaio in via dè Ginori che era chiuso. Oggi sono uscita prima in pausa pranzo alle 12:00 e mi sono recata da un'altro calzolaio in via Ghibellina, anch'esso già chiuso. Ne ho cercato un terzo senza trovarlo. Pertanto sono tornata in negozio dove hanno rifiutato di prendersi carico del problema. Lascio a voi giudicare la qualità dell'assistenza, nonchè del prodotto venduto. Queste sono le garanzie di questo negozio. Con tutta la scelta che c'è qui in centro, io davvero non ci metterò più piede.
About a month ago, in mid-June, I purchased a pair of Melluso sandals with a cork sole in this store. Yesterday at 12:30 I went to the store showing him that one of the sandals was already unstuck, where the strap holds the ankle. Instead of taking charge of the problem, they sent me to a shoemaker in via de Ginori that was closed. Today I left for lunch the first time at 12:00 and went to another shoemaker in Via Ghibellina, also already closed. I searched for a third without finding it. So I went back to the store where they refused to take care of the problem. I leave you to judge the quality of the assistance, as well as the product sold. These are the guarantees of this store. With all the choice here in the center, I really won't set foot in it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi hanno chiesto 10 euro per provare le birkenstock alludendo al fatto che le avrei poi comperate su internet. Peccato ne indossassi un paio prese da loro l'anno prima. Conclusione hanno perso un cliente che ha poi deciso di comprarle su INTERNET.
