★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima qualità delle scarpe, dopo 30 minuti che le indossavo avevo una ferita sul tallone e galle laterali.
Non è stato accettato un rimborso, nè un cambio o un buono, nessun tipo di supporto o tutela del cliente.
Se avessi lasciato la merce in negozio per poi di una settimana in attesa del cambio sarebbe stata smaltita.
Molta maleducazione e nulla l'attenzione al cliente.
Ho buttato via 100 euro.
Bad quality of the shoes, after 30 minutes I wore them I had a wound on the heel and lateral galls.
A refund has not been accepted, nor an exchange or a voucher, any type of customer support or protection.
If I had left the goods in the shop for a week pending the exchange, it would have been disposed of.
Much rudeness and no customer attention.
I threw away 100 euros.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was in need of a comfy pair of cute shoes and the lady who helped was knowledgeable, friendly, and gave us great recommendations in Florence.i bought a pair of black boots and have been wearing them nonstop around Italy!! Just regret I didnt get a second pair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Are you a Steve Madden/Freebirds or Bed Stu fan? Do you like to wear fun, funky boots, but comfort is important too?! Then you must make your way to Tiurai when in Florence. I marveled at each beautiful pair, and wished that I had room in my bag for more than just one! Each handmade boot is beautiful; the craftsmanship and creativity immediately evident. The buckles, laces, colors and textures are rad! Comfort is also obviously a high priority to this designer. My new boots took no time to break in and are more comfortable then my Freebirds by far. The salesperson was super helpful, and I couldn’t get over the prices! I paid about half of what you pay for the trendy brands in the states! I may have to order a few more pairs online- even with the 40€ shipping fee, they’re cheaper, cooler, and more comfortable then anything at home!
