Beautiful view spoiled by no service.

We were asked for identification which was confiscated as we were not staying in the hotel, yet it was simply left on the side rather than being part of formal secure service. The prices are extortionate for a very poor atmosphere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bar was closed and nobody informed us even though we had a reservation and we talked to the manager an hour before our arrival and on top of it the lady who was working on the hotel reception was extremely rude to us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We made a reservation at 5:30 but at the phone no one told us we had to leave at 6:30. Upon arrival ID was taken without explanation even when we asked. Once on the rooftop bar the interior, atmosphere, and prices were disappointing. I ordered a cocktail of which they did not have 1 ingredient. After discussing it with me I got a cocktail that did not taste very good. Would not recommend. 4/10
