★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well I bought that steampunk owl. I hope it truly is an artisan work but idk. Yes it was expensive but my rating is on the customer service. The gentleman was kind, even showed me how to close my purse so I would get robbed. I wish I remembered his name. Anyways I found the customer service to be superb.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two stars for kind and nice salesperson. No star for overpriced items. I bought an identical Leonidas statue on Greekartshop website for around 70 EUR, while the same statue costs 225 EUR in this shop. That's way too high margin. Sorry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a lot of shops and I can easily say that was the worst experience I have had so far. All we did was to ask if there would be any discount if we purchased two marbles. The salesperson was very rude and he showed us the door. It is not the first time we shop and it is very natural to negotiate a discount. If you can’t stand this. Just put a sign no discount in bulk purchase etc. instead of showing the door to people. It is basic manners. I was willing to pay the price on the tag at first but after that attitude not only we gave up buying, we also decided to leave a comment here. Also I realized that we are not the only people who had similar treatment. Items are cool but they need manners to sell them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good selection, but salesman are very pushy and not very well informed on the products. They insisted that a set was "romans vs barbarians" even though the "barbarian" king was holding a cross. Everyone makes mistakes, but the salesperson insisted i was wrong before finally admitting that the set we were looking at was in fact "camelot" themed. But up until his realization he treated me like an idiot for not initially agreeing with him.
We found the same items much cheaper at other locations. If you're interested in what they have, I'd recommend looking up other stores in Florence- we saved 40% going to a different store about 10 mins away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing store with many hand made merchandise. Most handmade here in italy. Many amazing yet very expensive chess sets. The owner knows a lot about his merchandise and has lots of choices to offer, from modern chess sets to more simple one's, and even brass plates.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Omg none of the merchandise are hand made, find exact same store in Istanbul Turkey with 1/3 of the price, and they are all made in china, exactly same replica, you can even find them on amazon website, also staffs are rude!!
