★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi trovavo sull'argine di un burrone, camminavo lungo quel tratto cosí sicuro di me, come se sicuro lo fossi davvero. Ma non era questa la verità. Avevo il terrore di poter cadere, di morire, schiacciato contro il pavimento, in un luogo in cui nessuno mi avrebbe mai più potuto trovare. Pensai di voler scappare da lí. Correre. Più lontano possibile. Ma purtroppo le mie gambe me lo impedivano. E proseguii ancora. E ancora.
 I was on the bank of a ravine, walking along that stretch so sure of myself, as if I really were. But that wasn't the truth. I was terrified of falling, of dying, crushed against the floor, in a place where no one would ever find me again. I thought I wanted to escape from there. Run. As far as possible. But unfortunately my legs prevented me. And I continued on. It's still.
