It's pricey, but totally worth it! Our drinks came with chocolate snacks and a post shot after. So glad we didn't miss this

The staff is quite knowledgeable of Locale's inventory, offering a back story of specific drinks to make your experience that much more indulgent. Slightly pricey but worth the experience.
P	Patrick Rucker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an interesting cocktail bar that almost feels out of place -- the brightly lit greenhouse is a fantastic departure from many of the other moody, darker drink spots in Florence. On arrival we received some interesting bar snacks while we perused the menu. The menu is short and a bit limited compared to other cocktail bars -- but this may be because of COVID-19 (we were here in August 2021). Each drink offers something unique and even with the descriptions on the menu it's a bit of a surprise when it actually arrives. I like that the menu chooses bases and provides several variations on each -- it's a cool way to explore the complexities of an ingredient. When we finished the menu, we asked for some off-menu recommendations which the staff was happy to oblige. I would have given this five stars, however, the service was slow. We came back here a second night and experienced the same -- think waiting 15/20 minutes after you've finished a cocktail to order another.

This is an absolute must attend dining experience for anybody looking for a Michelin ⭐️⭐️⭐️ restaurant in Florence. I use the word experience because this isn't a three course meal… This is something like 12 with each twist in the dining experience getting better than the last one. This isn't dinner… This in mind blowing dinner experience! The website does not explain what you are in for when you book a reservation… But trust me you are in for the memory of a lifetime… Just book the reservation and hang on! We attended for the last night of our weeklong trip to Florence and this dinner was both to serve as my birthday dinner and our send off before we returned to the states. At one point in the evening (the dinner experience lasted 3 1/2 hours) We were having such a wonderful time that our servers, Greta and Irene, asked if there was anything else that they could do to make it more special… My wife jokingly said the 'only thing you could do to make this more special would be to add fireworks'..... 25 minutes later they delivered fireworks! In a dish the chef whipped up on the spot!!!! I can't rave enough about this place. It's truly special. I wish I had more pictures to share but I was having too much fun enjoying the food, and friends Grazie Mille!
