★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner is really really rude. Before we could even enter, he asked us how much we would be able to afford to pay and then rudely said that we wouldn't be able to get anything there and that we should leave. Very offensive!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop has so many options & high quality workmanship. Adam was very gracious in allowing me and a good friend try on so many beautiful jackets. Even with his reasonable prices, I spent more than I ever have on a jacket, but worth every penny.
Miki, the tailor, was wonderful! He made the small tweaks that made us look good. There is another shop close by with great purses with his workmanship (yes, I have one too).
I managed to get my zipper very off track & jammed. Two tailors in town told me they could not fix it. Miki patiently talked me through fixing it myself, even making a video to show me. Thank you!
I hope to get a custom jacket the next time I go to Florence from Adam.

His products are high quality - I enjoyed hearing about his factory. He was really nice on price and was not pushy. We will be coming back next week again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a gem to find! The owner was extremely helpful and nice to talk to. They showed us how they naturally process the leather without chemicals and how they hand stitch everything. I found a messenger bag that I loved and he made me a deal I couldn’t refuse. I couldn’t find something of half the quality in the United States for the same price. He also speaks English very well, which was very helpful to me because I speak very little Italian.
