While visiting Florence, I wasn’t in the market to buy a leather jacket nor coat. I just so happened to stop into AJ and saw this beautiful coat and fell in love with it! It was reversible leather/ Swede. It was very well made and fit well! I didn’t have my AMEX card with me only my debit and hadn’t plan to spend €1300. He said here is my card and when you get hone and decide you want it, then I can ship it. So I started the process and emailing him and he gave me his bank info. so I wired the money from my bank. After waiting two weeks, I finally got it. When I picked up the package (not a box) I became suspicious because it was a heavy coat) the package was light. I opened it and OMG! It was NIT the same coat(design yes) the quality was pathetic and cheaply made! Gross! I contacted them and they swore it was. Thus went back and forth sat it was, etc. I contacted a competitor and he went to the store and had s talk with him. Well, needless to say, he wasn’t happy. I had to pay to send it back and edited on my money. He wouldn’t accept the coat because I put down the price I paid for it, but he didn’t want to pay the taxes on it, so I had to write customs a letter and have the price adjusted so he would accept it. I got my money back except)65.00. So beware as he is a scammer!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent experience. We immediately found a great man bag at a not bad price. The sales lady was very nice and we discovered that she once lived in Vancouver, Canada which is our city. I always am getting compliments on my bag.

Because they didn’t have my size, they took the appropriate measurements and custom made it for me. It was shipped to me in the time they said it would be. I also bought a great purse from them and they shipped that as well. Very kind and conscientious people! Ask for Aldo!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We chanced upon this leather factory on our trip to Florence. My husband and I met Joe and he was very nice and showed us their different products. I was in awe because the quality of the bags, jackets and belts are superb. Ended up buying A LOT! So happy we did. We brought our relatives to their shop the next day to shop too. I am happy with the leather products I bought and if you're looking for high-quality leather, this truly is a store for you. Looking forward to going back and getting shoes (if they already have one by the time we return to Firenze!) and more bags next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great products and I lost my paycheck to the purchases, but made my wife very happy. They let us go back to see the leather be made and the Italians showed our kids how to make things. Customer service was outstanding and they even let us use their bathroom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wandered in by chance in September and found two beautiful coat styles that they helped us custom design with the Galileo red leather print. Had them shipped to us in the US, and they're just perfect.
The owner also recommended a restaurant (Il Baroccio) for us to go to and it was great! Maybe the best food we had in our time in Florence.
