★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While on a trip in Italy, my school group was taken to this store and given a leather demonstration. This aspect was very informative and the store was clean, had a ton of options and all of the staff members were very helpful! I decided to spend a considerable amount of money (just over 200 euros) to purchase one of the nicer wallets in the store for my Father. The wallet has built in RFID scanner protectants and I was able to take advantage of the free monogram. However, the actual quality of the leather and wallet is just not there. The whole front of the wallet is completely scratched and worn and the ID pocket tore completely and cards are able to fall out. Furthermore, I reached out to the shop and tried to contact them and have not received a response. I contacted them three weeks ago. Buyers BEWARE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I haven’t been here since March of 2000 (or 2001?) but I still remember this wonderful store! I no longer have my amazing leather jacket, but I do still have a leather journal that I believe I bought there, it’s hard to remember. I absolutely loved my jacket until I could no longer fit it! If I ever go back, this will be a first stop!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited Leonardo's during a tour in March 2016. We were blown away by the quality and friendly staff. We wanted to buy everything :) but our budgets only allowed for a few. My favorite was this messenger bag, real leather made (of course) by hand in Italy. Highly recommend this place.

They personalize most item right in front of you, so you get an experience like no other and a beautiful leather good to show for it! Don't even get me started on the purses. They were all to die for! I'll be going back time I'm in Florence!
