Visto che i personaggi sapevano a malapena l' italiano tantomeno inglese.
Servizio pessimo

The city. They invent things, they improvise
It is a trap perhaps even out of the rules
Since the characters barely knew Italian, much less English.

Beautiful tour to do absolutely I am incredulous for the reviews I found a super beautiful tour guide as soon as we return to Florence I will definitely do it again.The price is worth it because in addition to being a long tour the guide really knows the city well

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a truly awful tour with this company. Learned nothing about the city. We were in two groups of 3 with a driver/guide for each cart. Our guide barely spoke English and responded to questions by putting on loud music so we wouldn’t talk to him. Drove around in a golf cart with screaming brakes which the driver tried to drown out whenever he drove downhill by playing even louder club music that was deafening. Our “90 minute English tour of Florence highlights” consisted of only four “one minute” long audiotape summaries of sights that we were not actually in front of. Our “guide” did tell us the name of the buildings that we asked about but gave no further information even with prompting. Waste of time and waste of money. You will learn more from a pamphlet map from the train station.
