C	Chanda Bawa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A large leather goods store in the heart of Florence. We spent some time here, bought a belt and a wallet. The bags seemed a tad overpriced. More catered to the Chinese who come in droves, even the sales lady was Chinese.

If you pay cash they’ll do the duty free on the spot (with a non EU passport) and deliver to your hotel. They have their own make as well as other brands and you’d be hard pressed to think of something they don’t have or carry. They will also cut the sleeves to order. The best destination for leather goods in the Centro.

r	rita sandoval on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I shopped here last month, and very much enjoyed the experience. Bought a beautiful bag, accessories, wallet and belt. All appear to be very well made. The sales assistant was very helpful, and not pushy at all. The store seems to have an unending variety of leather goods which are beautifully displayed. Sorry to read the reviews of rude clerks or poor customer service. I hope the management corrects these concerns.
l	leila kump on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service! I traveled with a tourist group. Our guide who obviously gets bonuses from directing tourists there recommended this place. In 15 minutes that I spent there I dropped over thousand dollars on my purchase. I bought a nice leather jacket and a bag. The quality is not bad but the attitude of salespeople was terrible! This tall old grumpy looking dry man forgot to put the belt of my jacket in my bag. When I told him that he is forgetting my belt, he gave me a mean look. He was NASTY! I will never go back to that shop again. I almost left without a belt for an expensive jacket.

I purchased many gift items here, including a leather bag for myself, based solely on my tour company's recommendation (Insight Tours). The very day I purchased it I noticed the entire zipper had left a discoloration imprint along both sides of the leather closure. I immediately notified my tour director, who contacted Peruzzi immediately. I remained in Italy another two weeks and this company NEVER sent me an email or attempted to resolve the situation. I had to continue to reach out once I had returned home before I even received an email from this company to acknowledge the problem and flaws in the bag. Now we are in an email battle due to Peruzzi's refusal to handle the replacement of the bag in a fair manner. They clearly do not stand behind their inferior products, in spite of their stated "guarantee". I agree with the previous customer (j chiaro) -- Insight, Trafalgar and any other major tour companies who recommended this store should definitely rethink their stance until this company can learn (if ever) to appropriately resolve situations with their flawed products.

Over that time it has developed a patina that enhances the beauty of the leather while showcasing its quality.

After only a few times of being worn, they split, not only where you buckle, but also within the loop right after the buckle, and even the tongue that covers the screw. Please see the attached pictures. Their products are not representative of the world renowned leather goods made in Tuscany The belts purchased at the Porcellino market are far better and much less expensive.
