The staff were all very well presented and totally on the ball. We were offered a glass of prosseco when we were shown to our table. Another waitress came and talked us through the menu and another did the same with the wine.
the food was sublime - pici pasta - a local florentin variety was awesome as was the very thing else and beautifully presented.
We had a lovely evening, we didn't feel rushed at all and all the staff went out their way to make sure we had a enjoyable and memorable evening - thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can only speak to their desserts, coffee, and service, and I wouldn’t recommend any of them. Pistacchio dessert seemed to have food coloring and didn’t taste anything like pistacchio (or anything else for that matter), and coffee tasted stale. And it was expensive. I don’t usually leave reviews unless a place is memorably good or bad. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not a native Italian however managing to somehow burn the crust while still having no crispy bottom is a skill in itself. The toppings were interesting however the execution on the pizza base was below expectations. Both of us left with some stomach pains and some regret. The staff is very friendly!
