★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a culinary experience! Service was great, sizes average, more than sufficient. The spaghetti with pigeon ragú surprised me in terms of taste and consistency. The pizza.... I could bathe in this tomato sauce. Highly recommendable place, also more than affordable for Firenze in general.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before lockdown, Caffè Italiano’s pizzeria had no outdoor seating but they had a greater selection of pizzas on the menu. It’s still a great place for a couple to get two quality pizzas and a beer for under 20€ and that’s a win!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You dont have to wait to get seated in the main restaurant to try the pizza. The small area in the back with the over will seat you. If you want to try the quality of the tomatoes, cheese, and dough, get the Margarita. Its absolutely delicious, the wood oven really makes the taste of it. The staff is very nice and helpful. Will definitely come back.

Can't you see the beauty of plates and dishes? I'm already missing all of them. Very kind and generous staffs here impressed us as we experienced bad service in Rome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We found this incredible place on the slow food app which I greatly recommend for anyone traveling in Italy.
The place is very nice and simple with a beautiful ceiling and wooden tables.
The food they serve is traditional, fresh and delicious.
We had over 5 meals there and all have been just incredible with subtle flavors and high quality ingredients.
Lastly the staff is very helpful and nice.
The prices are more than reasonable.
Highly highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We only had 2 pizzas and they were notch. It’s a good place with good quality food. Highly recommend. Friendly service. We did come back in July 2020. Only the pizzeria is reopened at the moment because of the you know what and the pizza choice has been reduced to 3 options. They did look very good and the taste was very pleasant but the dough to me isn’t the best. A bit on the chewy/soft briochy side. Still a great place to go!
