I was a bit worried because it was to be a Christmas gift and I purchased it only 3 weeks prior to the holidays. Timing was everything. The ladies at the shop were extremely helpful and had all the information regarding delivery times and costs. I received the briefcase one week after I bought it. Talk about efficient service. All in all, quality products and amazing service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked into the store, after seeing I shoe I like at the window. didn't realise, that I was having wardrobe malfunction, super embarrassed as it is, staff was rude to my husband and won't not even serve us. On top of that making racist remarks. So upsetting. First day in Florence, really ruined my day.
