They lady working there is extremely helpful I bought 3 pens changing the nibs on all of them. She even gave me the wifi password. If what you want is not available she'll call the workshop to find out if it can be done for you. Very impressed.

Visconti is a small manufacturer of really high quality. Do yourself a favor if you are into pens: if in Firenze, go get yourself one. It is the only flaghip store they have, it is really worth it.

I was able to test out many different pens and inks. The store had a wide range of Visconti products. Definitely recommend this place!

Very personalized and warm service. The lady manning the store was top class - knowledgeable and patient. If you're looking for high quality pens, they have some of the best ones in the planet. Worth the trip even if you're just looking around.

She was able to answer all of the questions that I had while I was looking through the collection and was able to help me find exactly what I was looking for. This is a must visit for anyone interested in pens. Thanks very much to the ladies at the showroom for providing a great experience to a tourist visiting Florence.

Annalise and Natalia were very knowledgeable of the products and lovely to talk to as I inquired about the other pens they had in stock. They helped me fix the pen cap and I got a new pen and some cuff links as well! So grateful for all their help!
