★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice stationery shop - but with rude and unprofessional staff. We went there to buy some notebooks based on positive reviews and were really disappointed. The lady working in the shop not even didn't offer us any help but was watching us all the time like we were about to steal something, apparently bothered by our presence. Despite we spent in the shop less than 10 minutes and just normally looking at the goods, we felt very unwelcomed. So far the worst customer experience in Florence in two weeks stay!
