Very helpful and well stocked this I wrote some time ago, even if instinctively I didn't frequent her. But last night's episode but it totally changed my mind and I understood why instinct told me to go elsewhere. I have to take an anti spastic which it is better not to interrupt .. After having booked it, yesterday evening at 19.30 I introduce myself. I receive the doctor with the curls, who looks very annoyed looking for it and makes me wait a long time, before giving it to me, I tell him that I left the recipe at home, but that as soon as I got home I would have sent it to him via wathsapp, he he says ok but while he gives it to me, he immediately takes it back and says without a prescription I won't give it to him. I ask him to wait for me, I run home and bring the recipe since I'm very close. He made me wait 30 minutes, now the other pharmacies are closed. It is Saturday evening and so I am forced to stop the drug, which in any case does not require a prescription in an indispensable way. And interruption can cause unpleasant effects. I come home, photograph the recipe and discover on their site that the pharmacy has a wathsapp contact in which they invite to be contacted. I send the photo of the recipe and the comments in an angry tone. . At 2 am I am awakened by the ringing of the phone. At that time there is the response from the pharmacy that threatens me to be sued for defamation !! Never again there, even if I were dying and with the only pharmacy open !! Zero professionalism !!

The Pharmacy with a capital f, efficient, prepared, supplied, in a word professional. They have dealt with this pandemic in an exemplary way, tireless and stoic in swabbing thousands of people. I highly recommend everyone to use them for every need.
