Hanno fatto il tampone a mio padre e gli hanno fatto uscire il sangue dal naso.
Un uomo di 75 anni che ti ripete continuamente che gli fa male e tu continui a spingere fino al cervello.
Uno vergogna. Uno schifo. Ma dove è finita la coscienza umana?
Boicottare ASSOLUTAMENTE.

La ragazzza che mi ha fatto il tampone è stata delicatissima, non ha spinto troppo, e non mi ha provocato troppi bruciore. Bravi bravi bravi! Ps: io sono andata la mattina all'apertura, per assicurarmi che fossi la prima e il personale non fosse stressato da tutta la giornata? consiglio di andare alle 9.00
I did the quick swab here, and I can assure you that all the pharmacists are super nice and accommodating. The girl who gave me the tampon was very delicate, she didn't push too hard, and she didn't cause me too much burning. Good good good! Ps: I went to the opening in the morning, to make sure I was the first one and the staff were not stressed from the whole day I recommend going at 9.00

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parlando di tamponi ero un po' restio date le recensioni ma mi son dovuto ricredere: personale preparatissimo, anche dal punto di vista umano, nonostante i turni intensivi a cui sono sottoposti. Dolore punto, solo un leggero fastidio.
Consigliato.
Speaking of tampons I was a bit reluctant given the reviews but I had to change my mind: highly trained staff, even from a human point of view, despite the intensive shifts they are subjected to. Point pain, only a slight discomfort.
Recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The absolute WORST apotheke in Florence, do not go here. I came here to buy dental floss which was more than 6 euros for a single box of floss and picked up a tester of perfume which was clearly labeled as a tester. The drugstore clerk ran from behind the counter, snatched the product from me in a very aggressive way and said "you cannot use the product" and told me to get out of his store. I did absolutely nothing wrong and am shocked that I would be treated so poorly and that he would attempt to charge more than 6 euros for a box of dental floss, that is the most Insulting part.
