Nel 2019, purtroppo, ho speso in farmaci presso questa farmacia diverse migliaia di Euro. Preparando la documentazione per la denuncia dei redditi mi sono accorta che la maggior parte degli scontrini sono completamente illeggibili per cui non potrò detrarre parte delle spese. Rispetto ad altre farmacie la cifra è scritta non solo con caratteri molto piccoli, ma anche con un inchiostro sbiadito. Dato che non è possibile ogni volta fotocopiare tutti gli scontrini, specie quando sono tantissimi, vi consiglierei di cambiare il registratore di cassa o quantomeno cambiare più spesso il nastro. Con le altre farmacie e con la Sanitaria non mi è mai successo. Grazie per l'attenzione. I have been a customer of this pharmacy for years and are always well stocked. But I should make a report. Dopo giorni di tosse e febbre da studente fuori sede e in difficoltà, chiamo la Farmacia Ninci per chiedere informazioni sulla possibilità di noleggiare un aerosol. Dopo una risposta secca "no" mi è stato chiuso il telefono in faccia senza nemmeno avere la possibilità di chiedere informazioni su dove poter noleggiare un aerosol in zona. Mi è stato passato prontamente il dottore che mi ha chiesto per telefono numero della ricetta e codice fiscale del destinatario. Mi ha ordinato il farmaco, me lo ha messo da parte. Ho chiamato per farmi portare un farmaco a casa, visto che sono in quarantena per covid quindi questo farmaco mi serve per curarmi non posso uscire per nessuna ragione al mondo ma anche per buon senso nel rispetto delle persone altrui. Chiamo a questa splendida farmacia a due passi da me e faccio una semplice domanda: Buongiorno un informazione fate consegne a domicilio visto che sono in quarantena per covid ? Farmacia: No no, non ne facciamo. Chiuso il telefono in faccia Forse quella grandissima str…..a ha il ciclo sarà nervosa comunque vi ringrazio per l’aiuto che mi avete dato non ho parole per descrivere solo sdegno.
