★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 6 giorni fa sono stata operata x la protesi all’anca, ieri sono stata dimessa. Dall’ospedale dì Prato ho telefonato ieri mattina alla farmacia perché devo comprarmi altre calze elastiche. Mi hanno passato una signorina del reparto sanitari, a cui ho spiegato la situazione. Le ho detto anche che passavo apposta da lì (abitando nel Mugello, non era vicinissimo.) Mi ha assicurato più volte che avevano tutte le misure disponibili del tipo dì calza che avevo bisogno. (Io in questo momento ho una “M”, ma le ho detto che cambiando marca magari andavano riprese le misure.) Sono arrivata camminando con le mie stampelle, e nel negozio c’erano disponibile soltanto due paia dì calze collant 2.misura, quindi sicuramente troppo piccoli. Ovviamente mi sono arrabbiata molto, anche perché ieri non potevo farmi accompagnare in altri negozi e almeno per altri 3 giorni non mi potrò cambiare. È la prima volta, che vengo trattata con una noncuranza simile. Chi va in farmacia quasi sempre ci va per dei problemi, e ci si aspetta almeno un minimo dì professionalità. Una stella quindi è anche troppo.
6 days ago I was operated on for a hip replacement, yesterday I was discharged. From the Prato hospital I called the pharmacy yesterday morning because I have to buy more elastic stockings. I was handed a young lady from the health department, to whom I explained the situation. I also told her that I was passing by on purpose (living in Mugello, it wasn't very close.) She assured me several times that they had all the sizes available for the type of sock I needed. (I have an "M" at the moment, but I told her that if you change brands you might have to take the measurements again.) I came walking with my crutches, and there were only two pairs of 2.size tights available in the shop, therefore certainly too small. Obviously I got very angry, also because yesterday I could not be accompanied to other shops and at least for another 3 days I will not be able to change. It is the first time that I have been treated with such carelessness. Those who go to the pharmacy almost always go there for problems, and at least a minimum of professionalism is expected. One star is therefore too much.
