Lasciare una donna senza farmaco (in quel momento urgente) per il quale se necessaria, ma non vitale o contro legge, la ricetta (sicuramente non scatta un arresto)! Umanità zero nei confronti di una persona in difficoltà! Avere bontà e aiutare fa solo onore ad un farmacista prima di ogni regola! AIUTARE prima del dovere! Vergogna Ma ci sono poi le persone buone e padri di famiglia (farmacisti che sanno fare bene il loro lavoro) e adesso ho il mio farmaco senza ricetta perché non necessaria. E vorrei precisare che stavano chiacchierando, di fronte ai clienti. I find it shameful and disrespectful that inside a pharmacy (frequented mainly by elderly people) pharmacists do NOT keep the mask. And I would like to point out that they were chatting in front of customers.

Avevo urgente bisogno dell'antibiotico. Rude staff. Recipe presented to the mobile phone but for "system problems" they asked me to return with the printed recipe (in 2022).
