L	Lorenzo Cirri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trovare una farmacia con un personale come questo ai tempi del covid è praticamente impossibile: sono tutte persone eccezionali e di una disponibilità unica, con il sorriso che si vede da sotto le mascherine! Io in particolare ho avuto a che fare con Elisa e Alessia, che sanno quanto le stimo, ma anche il ragazzo con gli occhiali e la ragazza ricciola sono davvero bravissimi e super gentili. Il titolare ha trovato l'oro con queste persone.. Bisognerebbe poter dare 10 stelle a questa farmacia! Finding a pharmacy with a staff like this at the time of the covid is practically impossible: they are all exceptional people and unique availability, with the smile that can be seen from under the masks! I in particular have had to deal with Elisa and Alessia, who know how much I respect them, but also the boy with glasses and the amberjack girl are really talented and super kind. The owner has found gold with these people .. We should be able to give 10 stars to this pharmacy!

This place should be ashamed of whoever was working there today and take disciplinary action against that staff member.

J	Jin Oh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We needed a covid test to return to the US. This pharmacy was right around the corner from where we were staying. Thankfully we got an appointment for Thursday afternoon. I had no idea that Thursdays were very busy covid test days, because I consulted one of the travel websites, and everything was booked so I felt very fortunate. I went in a day later to ask if I could get an earlier appointment and was told that I was given the earliest appointment. On the day of the appointment, I went in earlier to make sure that I didn’t need to bring the physical passport and the lady told me that there were 2 spots then and there, because a couple was a no show so we were able to get the test done very quickly. No need for physical passports. I have a picture of the passport on my phone for any emergencies. They were professional and courteous. I would recommend this place for covid test in a heartbeat. This pharmacy is located very close to the Piazza Signoria so it’s very convenient.
