★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we ordered pizza and they told us they didn't have any pizza (which was on the menu). then we ordered lasagna from 'fresh pasta' which was very small and microwaved. really disappointed especially seeing it costed 15€ a piece. needless to say I do not recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were looking at the menu outside and the waiter rushed us in, he was extra friendly and smiling. After we sat he came to take our order, after He asked if wanted drinks, we said “no thank you” so he became so upset, started frowning and the treatment changed 180 degrees. The pizza was nothing special at all.
I think this restaurant is a tourist trap and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude 'manager' and poor food
Went here with my wife and they not only forgot to bring us one of our dinners but also served us undercooked/raw pasta. My wife, who is italian, then complained with me only to be met by a very aggressive 'Roberto' who claimed to be the manager (and definitely wasn't as was the guy on the street pulling in people) saying we don't understand food and are uneducated. I strongly recommend the venue looks at who they allow to be their 'manager' and stop ripping off tourists.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ribeye female bovine steak was horrible. I ordered medium rare, but it was rare and so difficult to cut and chew. Not to mention it was not seasoned at all. Tiramisu for dessert was not freshly made, and they just brought the one from the refrigerator, and it was the worst I’ve ever tried.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even though there weren't any other people eating at this restaurant, my friends still decided to eat dinner here, and we are really happy we did so. The food was great and so was the service. Bread and water was on the house, and after the meal they gave us lemonchello shots for free. To summarize it was an all around great experience with nothing bad to point out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went there thanks to one of the waiters Michael. We met him earlier this week when he was on a break outside and invited us to come back later this week with a 20% discount. I had the delicious carbonara and my friend took the lasagna. No disappointment ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the famous Florence steak here. If you order it, the order is for 2 people. The pasta here is served al dente and the pizza sauce has a sweetness to it. I noticed also that the restaurants are open all day which is a good thing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This restaurant was absolutely delicious! Ordered a wild boar pasta and ham and mushroom pizza- both tasted great! Service was fast and friendly.
We still talk about this place a couple days later so it certainly left a mark for us in Florence :)
Would highly recommend!
