★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizza Napoli 1955. Excellent service. Relaxing and enjoyable romantic ambience. I mean come on it’s right in the middle of Florence Italy!
And of course excellent pizza. Pizza Napoli 1955 has been around for a long time. And there’s a reason why. I’m really happy that I frequent here often. And it’s not really that expensive as far as I’m concerned. Pizza is always fresh and hot. This was the first time that I had the salad with meat, tomatoes, and cheese. And I will certainly get this again each time I come with friends. I look forward to our next visit in a few days.

Luckily we found it again (we matched the grain of the table in our one photo of the pizza to the tables inside just to make sure). It was as good as we remembered. The staff is friendly, the prices are reasonable, and the pizzas are quite a good size. You can sit and enjoy your food while you watch the Instagram people stand in line for hours for their trendy sandwiches at the place next door. Probably the best pizza in Florence. This time I tried the arugula pizza and the bufala but they all sound great. (We had the Margherita and bufala last time). We'll be back on our next visit to Florence! The photos are from this trip and the one for years ago!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly the best pizza in Florence, affordable prices and a great service. I got a heart shaped pizza without even asking for it, it was such a nice gesture. Will definitely be back there soon. Real Napoli pizza.

The pepperoni pizza is called "Salame". They shape the pizza for ladies in a heart shape :)
So cute.
The taste and quality is phenomenal, very well worth the wait. We actually came here to eat 2 times in the 5 days we are staying here!
